I specialize in working with leaders whose identities have been an asset, a liability, and a question mark — often all at once. I work with women leaders and multiracial professionals who are navigating transitions, decisions that won't resolve, or a persistent gap between where they are and where their leadership needs to go.

I listen, get into the problem with you, and help you find the move that fits your situation — not a generic framework applied to it.

Organizations don't fail to change because people lack information. They fail because knowing what needs to shift and actually shifting it are two different problems — and most interventions only solve the first one.

I work with organizations on the gap between the two. That includes change initiatives that have stalled, leadership development that isn't translating to behaviour change, and EDI work that has stayed at the level of policy rather than practice.

Engagements are built around what the organization actually needs — workshops, advisory work, or longer consulting projects. The entry point is always a conversation about what's really going on.

Some problems don't resolve in a single engagement. They need someone close enough to the organization to see what's actually happening — and available consistently enough to do something about it.

I work with a small number of organizations on a retained basis. The scope varies: leadership teams navigating sustained change, DEI/EDI work that hasn't moved past policy, or organizations that need ongoing access to rigorous thinking about why their people aren't doing what they know they should.

This is not a project with a start and end date. It's a relationship with a clear scope — built around what the organization actually needs, available consistently rather than episodically.

Expect strategic depth. Expect someone who stays close enough to notice what's shifting. Don't expect a generic advisory package applied to your situation.
